We are seeking a skilled Level 3 SCCM-Systems Administrator to join our DIT Enterprise Endpoint Management Operations team for a crucial 7-month hybrid role based in the Raleigh, NC area. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about security application and software support, specializing in endpoint and server operating systems, as well as enterprise software and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Tier 3 System Administrator II, providing primary support for Enterprise Endpoint Security tools, including SCCM/MECM, Intune, Antivirus, Tanium, and AGPM.
- Manage tasks related to Infrastructure Configuration Management and deliver Remote Endpoint Management Support.
- Oversee Project Management efforts and ensure thorough documentation of processes and procedures.
- Comprehensive knowledge and demonstrable skills with Intel/AMD-based computing equipment (Servers, Desktops).
- Expertise in MECM, including inventory management, software distribution, patch management, and PowerShell scripting at an enterprise level.
- Proficiency with Windows OS 10, 11, Windows Server 2016, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, M365, Office 2016, Visio, Project, and SharePoint.
- Skills in LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting and maintaining a MECM/SCCM enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of Azure and Intune (MDM, MAM, Apple, and WIN10 devices).
- Familiarity with Crowdstrike (Antivirus & Firewall on an enterprise level) and knowledge of Bitlocker & Defender (anti-malware and encryption on an enterprise level).
- Ability to manage timelines, resources, and personnel, leading implementation efforts to successful completion.
