- Spearhead the design and development of large-scale custom applications and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Establish a strategic vision and detailed roadmap for workflow automations and system/data integrations across DIT.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of custom automation applications and integrations, ensuring effective project leadership from requirement gathering to implementation.
- Advocate for effective governance of data models, data integrity, coding practices, and overall tools that support digital transformation and automation efforts.
- Extensive design and development expertise in ServiceNow modules, particularly IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and Event Management (7 years).
- Proficient in scripting languages including shell, Perl, Python, or Java (7 years).
- Strong aptitude for leadership and project management.
- Ability to create visionary roadmaps for custom workflow automations and integrations.
- Proven experience in managing the lifecycle of custom automation applications.
- Knowledge of data governance and integrity practices.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Demonstrated capability in design and integration with ServiceNow solutions.
