- Proactively foster positive relationships with clients while mentoring team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of customer challenges, ensuring urgent and effective problem resolution while providing consistent updates to stakeholders.
- Assist colleagues by utilizing substantial technical knowledge to address complex issues effectively.
- Manage the installation and configuration of new computers, software, local and network printers, and other peripherals.
- Perform user data migrations during hardware replacements and stay informed on emerging technology trends.
- Collaborate with Data Center Operations and application development teams to resolve user issues and provide technical insights.
- Extensive technical expertise in computer hardware, software, peripherals, and networking protocols.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, problem resolution, and project management.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to a diverse audience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or a related IT field.
