Required Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field Experience : 3-4 years of experience in :
- Investment Banking (M&A, leveraged finance, restructuring) at a boutique or middle-market firm
- Private Equity (lower / middle market buyout, growth equity, or infrastructure investing)
- Transaction Advisory Services (M&A advisory, valuations, or financial due diligence) Proven experience in financial modeling and valuation Skills Financial Modeling & Valuation :
- Advanced proficiency in DCF, LBO, and merger models, with the ability to develop and interpret complex valuation analyses.
- Strong understanding of capital structures, debt financing, and return analyses (IRR, MOIC, sensitivity analysis). M&A & Investment Execution :
- Experience supporting M&A transactions, with a strong focus on investment modeling.
- Ability to synthesize financial and operational diligence findings into actionable investment theses. Presentation & Executive Communication :
- PowerPoint expertise-the ability to prepare investment memos, management presentations, and executive materials in a concise, visually compelling manner.
- Comfortable working directly with senior executives and external advisors (bankers, consultants, attorneys) to present findings and make strategic recommendations. Market & Industry Research :
- Experience monitoring market trends, transaction comps, and valuation multiples to inform strategic decisions. Traits
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in strategic investments and long-term value creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Industry experience in maritime, logistics, energy, transportation, or other capital-intensive industries is a plus but not required.
- Prior exposure to infrastructure investing, project finance, or asset-heavy business models is beneficial.
