NOW HIRING A CALL CENTER MANAGER FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY!
Fairway Corp is seeking a Call Center Manager for Inside Sales. This leadership role oversees daily operations and strategic decisions for our call center. The ideal candidate has call center management experience, inside sales expertise, and strong leadership skills. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, hiring, and customer issue resolution.
- Monitor call volume, procedures, and performance metrics.
- Lead and develop a team of 40 members, ensuring professional growth and productivity.
- Train and mentor staff on sales best practices and lead conversion strategies.
- Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build reporting systems to track department performance.
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of supervisory experience in a call center.
- Residential sales experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze and report on department performance.
- Availability to work some Saturdays (Feb-June).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Five9 phone system, and business software.
- Availability to work some Saturdays and Sundays throughout the year
