Fairway Corp is seeking a Call Center Manag er for Inside Sales. This leadership role oversees daily operations and strategic decisions for our call center . The ideal candidate has call center management experience, inside sales expertise, and strong leadership skills. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, hiring, and customer issue resolution.
- Monitor call volume, procedures, and performance metrics.
- Lead and develop a team of 40 members, ensuring professional growth and productivity.
- Train and mentor staff on sales best practices and lead conversion strategies.
- Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build reporting systems to track department performance.
