Golf Course Maintenance

Must be at least 16 years old.

Golf Course summer positions will be available starting in April/May and will run through the end of the Summer/Fall. This position will consist of 2-4 six hour workdays during the week depending on your availability and work preference. Weekend expectations will be 3 hours on Saturday and Sunday every 3rd weekend. Start time will range from 6 am in the spring and 5 am in the summer months.

Essential Duties
Applicants must be able to perform general outdoor work with a focus on attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Must posses the ability to perform physical tasks associated with gardening and landscaping. Training is available for all duties and responsibilities if you are willing and eager to learn.

• Must be able to follow detailed instructions that can be either written and/or oral, and establish and maintain a positive working relationship with staff.
• Duties include cutting grass (push mowing is required, however there is a possibility to be trained on riding mowers)
• Assist with landscape maintenance, including planting, weeding, mulching, brush removal and other outdoor maintenance as needed.
• Raking sand traps (Training available for driving sand trap machine)
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for various maintenance projects.
• Applicant must be able to perform lifting items up to 50 pounds
• Willing to learn or are able to operate power equipment such as string trimmers
• This position will require the use of hand tools such as rakes, shovels, and edgers.
• Monitor the condition of equipment and report any issues for timely repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
