Requirements
- Proven experience as an Equipment Operator or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with various types of heavy machinery including concrete mixers and farm machinery.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
