Fall Fittings has an opening for an Administrative assistant.
This is a part time position. Candidates should have availability between the hours of 7:00am - 4:30pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays 7:00am-Noon. Schedule to be determined on a bi-weekly basis based on needs of office between the aforementioned hours. 25 Hours a week minimum.
Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones, Assisting Customers & Routing Calls
- Distributing E-Mails, Mail, and packages
- Assisting Walk-in Customers
- Data Entry
- Drafting/Preparing/Sending Various Correspondences/Documents/Proposals
- Indexing/Sending/Printing Drawings
- Filing/Sorting and preparing documents/submittals/RFI for internal use/indexing/distribution.
- Maintaining physical and electronic files.
- Additional assignments as required.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently
- Detailed oriented and capable of multi- tasking.
- Office Organization: Keep the office environment tidy and efficient, including managing office supplies and equipment.
- Strong listening and communication skills, including the ability to resolve conflict.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of dealing with clients, vendors, architects, etc, in a professional manner.
Education & Experience :
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe.
Salary : $18 - $22
