Position Objective: To provide clerical support and assistance to CEO, CFO, COO, Directors, Supervisors, and staff at Family Centered Services.
Qualification Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Additional computer skills – Microsoft Office
· Maintain confidentiality across the agency
· Self-starter, organized, personable, competent, committed to detail, and flexible
· Strong oral and written communication skills
Reports to: CEO and COO
Responsibilities:
General Office Administration
· Answer phones and relay messages; check voicemail
· Greet visitors and direct them to the proper person
· Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail; office e-mail; press releases)
· Answering security calls for building
· Order supplies for offices
· Keep the office neat and organized, including making maintenance calls as needed; recycling; kitchen appliances; back storage room
· Website maintenance and updates as needed
· Send staff and board birthday cards
· Maintain and update Resource Binder
· Occasional data entry
Financial
· Maintain petty cash
· Handle payments in office or over the phone
· Input donations into system; send tax receipts for donations
Support
· Maintain orderly filing systems
· Conduct follow-up phone surveys
· Design and implement reports as requested
· Work closely with the Resource & Development Director to offer event support
· Assist HR Director with new employee onboarding
And other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
