Position Overview:

The Community Outreach Coordinator will be the face of Family Chiropractic in the local community, responsible for building relationships, spreading awareness about chiropractic care, and driving patient acquisition through community outreach initiatives. This role requires a "boots on the ground" sales strategy, where you'll be actively engaging with people, setting up events, and personally working the events to share the message of chiropractic care.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach & Relationship Building:

• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with local businesses, schools, health professionals, and community organizations.
• Collaborate on opportunities for joint ventures, partnerships, and local initiatives to promote chiropractic care.

Event Planning & Execution:

• Plan, organize, and host community events such as health fairs, wellness workshops, educational seminars, and free consultations.
• Ensure each event successfully educates attendees on chiropractic benefits and builds brand awareness for Family Chiropractic.

On-the-Ground Engagement:

• Actively represent Family Chiropractic at local events, festivals, and public spaces.
• Engage directly with community members, sharing the chiropractic message, offering free consultations, and answering questions to increase awareness of the practice.
• Drive lead generation by actively engaging potential patients, collecting contact information, and scheduling consultations.
• Promote ongoing specials, workshops, and other offerings to increase client acquisition and retention.
• Be a passionate ambassador for Family Chiropractic, sharing the core values of our practice and ensuring every community member understands the benefits of chiropractic services.
• Actively contribute to building the practice’s reputation as a trusted, family-friendly healthcare provider in the area.Track outreach efforts, including contacts made, events organized, and new leads generated.
• Provide regular reports to the Practice Manager to assess the effectiveness of outreach initiatives and refine strategies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and connect with people from all walks of life.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple initiatives.
• Previous experience in community outreach, sales, or event planning is highly preferred, but not required.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to attend and manage events.
• A passion for health, wellness, and chiropractic care. Previous knowledge of chiropractic services is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
• Comfortable working outdoors or in various public settings for outreach events and setting up event materials.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and interact with community members for extended periods of time.
• Capability to transport and set up event booths, tables, and promotional materials.
