What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at FAMILY CONNECTIONS, INC?
Family Connections, Inc., a professional mental health therapy and in-home agency, is looking for an energetic and professional person to join our team as an administrative assistant. Part Time: M-F, Duties include:
-Answering phones, directing calls to appropriate professionals, taking referrals for services
-Greeting clients into the office and providing initial paperwork to new clients prior to start of session
-Scheduling of initial appointments for new clients for in-office therapy.
-other duties as assigned.
Must have:
-Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel and Google Docs/Calendar, therapynotes
-Professional demeanor and attitude
-Ability to problem solve and ask appropriate questions for clients calling in to office
-Exceptional time managment and organization skills
**Eligible for participation in AFLAC **
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
