Overview:
We are looking for an ENERGETIC Accounts Payable Specialist to join our
GROWING company, located in Itasca, IL. We are looking for someone who can bring their steady skills and internal customer focus to our growing Company!
Job Qualifications:
* Strong Attention to Detail
* Strong Analytical Skills & Follow-Up
* Minimum 1-year Accounts Payable Experience, or similar
* Oracle NetSuite & Microsoft Excel experience a plus, but not required
In this junior-level position, you will:
* Answer Phones / Open Daily Mail & Distribute
* Manage / Print AP Invoices sent via email
* Allocate Vendor Expense Invoices to accounts and cost centers by analyzing
invoices, with Guidance of Manager
* Process PO Invoices
* Verify AMEX Credit Card & Expense Report Allocations
* Match Invoice with Check Stubs, File, & Mail Checks weekly
* Reconcile Monthly / Bi-Weekly Vendor Statements
* Misc. Assigned Projects
