The Youth Development Specialist's primary responsibility is for the direct care and supervision of youth in our residential program (shelter). This individual must be able to demonstrate competent judgment and have the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. This role functions within the established guidelines and procedures and reports directly to the Residential Supervisor.
Shift(s) Available:
FT Sun-Th 2:30pm-10:30pm
PT Friday - Saturday 2:30pm -10:30pm
PT Friday - Saturday 11pm - 7am
On-Call
What you get: Starting Base Pay: $19.76 per hour

Skills / Requirements High school diploma or GED required. One-to-Two years general work experience or equivalent number of hours worked in part-time or volunteer work. Work in a direct contact role with youth at risk required. Must demonstrate awareness, acceptance, and ability to work with the LGBT community Background compliant with requirements of the Department of Juvenile Justice. Salary : $15 - $17
