Job Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team and drive our mission forward. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in nonprofit management, specifically in domestic violence advocacy, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance our mission and vision.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders.
- Supervise staff and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in nonprofit management, with a focus on domestic violence advocacy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
