Additionally, you will work closely with referral sources and contribute to the development of treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a CASAC/CASAC-T certification or related education. A minimum of two years' experience working with substance use disorders is essential, with co-occurring disorder experience being a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including EHRs, is preferred. Bilingualism in Spanish is a valuable asset.
