What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lifeguard - Camp Lakeside position at Family YMCA of Greater Augusta?
General Statement of Duties:
Under the direction of the Program Director, the lifeguard provides excellent customer service while maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, waterfront, and surrounding areas. The lifeguard creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes camper/participant safety and engagement in accordance with the Family Y of Greater Augusta policies and procedures.
Entry Requirements:
- American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification or able to obtain by May 2023
- CPRo/BLS, First Aid, AED
- 16 years old
