Shipping Supervisor

Famous 4 Colors is looking for a full-time (30-35 hours/week) person to join our shipping team. F4C Specializes in promotional product creation, website building, shipping, kitting, and warehousing. We are growing quickly and so are the opportunities for our team members.

Shipping Lead at F4C

This position is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments. Their duties include organizing inventory for easy retrieval as new orders come in, efficiently picking and packing orders with utmost attention to detail, and documenting and communicating any issues with inventory. This position will require heavy lifting, but others will help if needed. You will assist the Warehouse Manager with kitting projects, inventory management, warehouse organization, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee and manage the movement of orders through ShipStation
• Pack products quickly and with protection to ensure everything arrives safely
• Unload trucks and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area
• Work safely when lifting, moving, and using stairs
• Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
• Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them
• Plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items

Experience:

• Warehouse experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in a fast-paced workspace while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Software / Equipment Specific:

• Working knowledge of G-Suite (calendar, sheets, docs, slides) Excel
• Slack
• Shipstation
• Web-based retail platforms like Shopify, Woo, Ecwid, etc
• Pallet Jack operation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
