Job Description
Summary : Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Associate Packaging Project Manager (APL) to join our Project Management team. This critical role helps form the backbone of Fanatics Collectibles and is responsible for ensuring that 200-300 new products are delivered to the market annually on-time and in accordance with our high standards.
We are looking for strong leaders with a problem-solving mindset, a disciplined execution-first approach, who thrive in complex settings with multiple stakeholders, and who have a relentless ability to drive alignment and "run through walls" to get things done. A passion for sports and the sport collectibles and merchandise ecosystem is a very welcome plus.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership : Be the single responsible owner of the packaging development and procurement process for approximately 300 products per year.
- Delivery roadmap : Assist in developing, aligning, and distributing a comprehensive timeline of milestones across the complete lifecycle of each product.
- Performance management : Track and provide visibility of the current status of every product, ensuring that hand-offs are cleanly executed.
- Problem-solving : Proactively identify upcoming bottlenecks and convene stakeholders to problem-solve and resolve them.
- Escalation : Preparematerials for escalation to senior leadership as and when needed.
- Cross-Functional Alignment : Lead meetings to ensure that product, design, engineering and procurement teams are aligned.
- Global Vender Management : Coordinate with domestic and international vendors to ensure smooth integration of their timelines with internal project milestones.
- Interdepartmental Prioritization Optimization : Manage and strategically balance competing priorities to ensure each department's critical tasks are addressed at the right time.
Requirements :
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.

About the Team
Fanatics Collectibles is a leading licensor, producer, designer, and seller of physical and digital trading cards, sports memorabilia, and other digital assets for entertainment and sports properties globally, as well as a manufacturer of physical and digital trading cards. It has secured exclusive licensing arrangements with major national professional sports leagues, including the MLB, NFL and the NBA, and related players associations, to produce physical and digital trading cards and other collectibles.
Fanatics Collectibles also has partnerships with a number of individual international sports teams and leagues, as well as owners of other entertainment properties granting similar exclusive rights. Fanatics Collectibles recently announced Fanatics Live, expected to launch later in 2023, which will focus on transforming the digital shopping experience through personality-driven content and entertainment.
