Our Customer is seeking a Associate Marketing Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is a hybrid setup in NYC. Candidates living in the tri-state area/are able to travel into the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
This role will coordinate the development, delivery and tracking of creative assets - working with the marketing managers, associate managers, pperations and additional team members both inside and outside the organization in a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary role.

Responsibilities
- Assist the team in the varied day-to-day functions involved in supporting the overall planning, execution, and communication of marketing campaigns inclusive of:
- Creative asset requests, management of timelines, creative review and QC’ing of materials, routing of materials to legal, gathering and communicating programming information, delivery of assets.
- Role includes helping to manage multiple external agencies in the development of a significant volume of creative.
- Maintain internal timelines to facilitate the meeting of deadlines, assigning and streamline creative requests and ensure efficient workflow.
- Understanding the overall business objectives by maintaining familiarity with and an understanding of the industry landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3-5 years of marketing / media experience preferably within a fast-paced setting at creative / media agency and/or entertainment brand.
- Strong understanding of TV, digital, and social media landscapes in the entertainment space
- The ability to maintain a calm, ‘can-do’ attitude under pressure.
- Organized and proactive with strong attention to detail; great communicator, verbal & written.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team; ability to easily take direction and openness to feedback.
- Proficiency in Google Documents suite i.e., Slides, Docs, Sheets; FTP, Zip.
- Knowledge of Monday.com a plus.
