Faneuil is immediately hiring Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to work remotely in the Orlando, FL area (Will need to pick-up equipment in Orlando)!
This is a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Successful representatives will possess the ability to manage multiple priorities, while taking a proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.
Representatives will handle a high volume of outbound calls placed by the telephony system to Medicare and/or Medicaid health plan members to offer, explain, and schedule a free in-home health risk evaluation. Representatives will also receive inbound customer calls to schedule appointments and/or perform other customer service activities.
You'll earn bonuses for every appointment that is scheduled! Your base base hourly rate is $12.75 per hour, and your total hourly rate (base bonus) can average up to $18 per hour. Additional daily bonuses and incentives are available.
- Must be able to pick up equipment at our site in Orlando, FL
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer navigation and data entry skills, and experience with Microsoft Office
- Previous call center experience and sales aptitude is a plus
- Ability to work an assigned shift during the hours of operation between 9:00am-9:00pm ET, Monday-Friday and 10:00am-6:30pm ET Saturday-Sunday
- High school diploma or equivalent
Position: Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Location: Orlando, FL area. Position is Remote; however, equipment will need to be picked up onsite at our Orlando facility
Rate of pay: $12.75/hour for training and production, with an additional monthly bonus structure (averaging up to $18/hour) and daily/weekly incentives
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week - shifts between 9:00am-9:00pm ET, Monday-Friday and 10:00am-6:30pm ET Saturday-Sunday
