Patient Care Representative in Dermatology

Skills that are desired are:

• A strong background in customer care
• Handling scheduling software to make appointments
• A background working in a medical office
• Some marketing background or education
• Handling payments

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Able to check patients in and out at satellite offices 3-5 days a month
• Handling incoming telephone calls and emails from our website
• Scheduling and Confirming appointments for patients
• Communicating incoming messages to other staff as necessary
• Checking in patients/Checking out patients
• Taking payments for services
• Assisting with product sales

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
