Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with club standards and state regulations.
- Stock and maintain inventory of snacks, sandwiches, beverages, and other food items.
- Handle sales transactions and accurately manage cash and point-of-sale systems.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the shack, including food and beverage areas.
- Deliver friendly, professional service while engaging with members and guests.
- Monitor alcohol consumption and adhere to all responsible service guidelines.
- Communicate with the clubhouse to request restocking items and relay any member feedback.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
- Previous hospitality, bartending, or food service experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized during busy times.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak golf season.
