What You'll Do: As a Wealth Management Office Assistant, you'll work closely with Wealth Management Advisors (WMAs) and Wealth Management Consultants (WMCs) in all requirements of the sales process, onboarding, and servicing clients

What You'll Do: As a Wealth Management Office Assistant, you'll work closely with Wealth Management Advisors (WMAs) and Wealth Management Consultants (WMCs) in all requirements of the sales process, onboarding, and servicing clients
- The position supports multiple WMAs and WMCs to increase investment advisory, brokerage and mutual fund sales while aiding in operational Opening new clients accounts, processing client requests, monitoring client funding, reporting on Annual Reviews, RMDs, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Prepare Advisor for upcoming client meetings, including preparing/updating financial plans, conducting investment research, preparing documentation for new business or other client transactions.
- Process all new & existing client transactions from beginning to end, ensuring accuracy & timely completion; including but not limited to Client Reviews, Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), and other processes, as needed.
- Communicate directly with clients or agents on all service-related questions and changes, handling complex issues and problems with little or no Advisor involvement.
- Maintain compliance-approved materials, including sales literature, brochures, prospectuses, forms, manuals, etc. while also maintaining the integrity of client files and records via hard copy files with goal of E-File maintenance.
- All other tasks, as needed.
- Minimum of two years' financial services experience preferred. Preference to direct exposure to both B/D and RIA platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational skills, including use of Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Fingerprinting and background check required. Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with an ability to interact with others by phone, email, and in-person.
- Ability to learn and adapt to other technologies.
- Must be able to work from our office in West Des Moines, Iowa.
