Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Agent Experience Specialist to enhance the support and training of our insurance agents. The ideal candidate will focus on fostering strong relationships, streamlining processes, and ensuring agents have the tools they need to succeed.
Duties
- Agent Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on company policies, procedures, and tools.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new agents, ensuring they are equipped with necessary resources and training.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance agents' systems knowledge and sales skills.
- Feedback Management: Gather and analyze feedback from agents to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, compliance) to ensure agents have access to the latest information and support.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor agent performance metrics and provide insights to enhance productivity and satisfaction.
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: Minimum of 1 years in an insurance agency or related field, preferably in a support or training role.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
