JOB SUMMARY: Farm Credit Financial Partners is seeking a dynamic and strategic EVP/VP, Engineering & Delivery to lead and oversee our Project Management, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Engineering, Development Operations, Resource Management, and Environmental Management functions. This executive leader will play a critical role in driving the development, execution, and continuous improvement of technology solutions that support our mission to provide innovative financial services to the Farm Credit System.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Strategic Leadership & Execution
- Participate in the development of and lead the execution of the technology strategy in alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure technology solutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all areas of responsibility.
Project & Resource Management
- Oversee project management functions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement robust governance frameworks to ensure accountability and transparency in project execution.
Quality Assurance & Business Analysis
- Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure product reliability, security, and compliance.
- Lead business analysis initiatives to capture requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive stakeholder alignment.
- Implement testing automation, continuous integration, and deployment strategies to enhance software delivery.
Development Operations & Environmental Management
- Drive DevOps practices, ensuring smooth and efficient software development lifecycles.
- Execute strategy around cloud and infrastructure management to support scalability, performance, and security.
- Implement and oversee environmental management strategies to enhance sustainability within IT operations.
