What you’ll be doing:
- Transport and deliver aggregate materials, including asphalt (paving position) to customers during daylight and/or nighttime hours by applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skills.
- Vehicle maintenance: performs pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspection, checking vehicle fluid levels daily and adds fluids if necessary.
- Required to keep the vehicle clean inside the cab and the exterior of the vehicle using proper wash down procedures.
- Able to effectively use computer table and IOT devices.

Qualifications
What you'll need:
- Minimum 18 years of age with High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid California Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License, with a double/triples.
- Ability to pass Federal Department of Transportation pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and physical and be subject to random drug testing in accordance with Company/Federal testing requirements.
- Ability to bend to ground-level and reach to upper levels with use of a ladder and the stamina to stand and walk for most of the work shift, and lift upwards of 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform simple math, e.g., addition, subtraction, etc.
- Clear English speaking/writing and attentive listening skills.
- Driving, using maps and directions.
- Ability to be flexible with your schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
