We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team.
What You'll Do:
- Provide outstanding customer service to existing and potential clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Answer inquiries regarding policy coverage, billing, claims, and other insurance-related matters.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance and support.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell appropriate insurance products and services.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members and insurance carriers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and product knowledge.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
What You'll Bring:
- Valid California Insurance License Property and Casualty
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software.
- A positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to assist clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
