Responsibilities
- Sales Development: Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs, recommend appropriate policies, and guide them through the application process.
- Product Knowledge: Become well-versed in the full suite of Farmers Insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance, and effectively present these to clients.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the agency to contribute to overall business growth.
- Ongoing Training: Participate in continuous training to stay updated on insurance industry trends, company offerings, and best sales practices.
- Customer Retention: Build lasting relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and regularly reviewing policies to ensure they meet evolving needs.
Requirements
- Sales Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required. A strong drive to succeed in a sales environment is essential.
