Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients insurance requirements.
- Present and explain policy options to clients, guiding them toward informed decisions.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and best practices.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Work data leads provided by Agent.
- Make 50-100 calls a day.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Michigan Property & Casualty Producer License Required
- Michigan Life Insurance Producer License Preferred
- Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive spirit.
