Work closely with the agency owner to learn the fundamentals of agency operations, client management, and effective sales tactics.
Support clients with policy updates, questions, and claims to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Drive agency growth by generating referrals, identifying new business opportunities, and developing a strong sales pipeline.
Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and best practices to deliver better service and improve your sales strategy.
Engage in ongoing training and mentorship to sharpen your skills in sales, client interaction, and agency leadership.
