Responsibilities

• Sales Development : Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and outreach efforts.
• Client Consultation : Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs, recommend appropriate policies, and guide them through the application process.
• Product Knowledge : Become well-versed in the full suite of Farmers Insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance, and effectively present these to clients.
• Achieve Sales Goals : Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the agency to contribute to overall business growth.
• Ongoing Training : Participate in continuous training to stay updated on insurance industry trends, company offerings, and best sales practices.
