About the Role:
We are looking for an Agency Producer to join our team at Farmers Insurance - David Cornejo-Meza Agency. In this role, you’ll help clients find the right auto and home insurance policies, ensuring they are adequately protected. You’ll also market to potential new clients and assist customers who call in for new policies.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ No insurance experience required (but preferred!)
✔ Outgoing, positive attitude & great conversational skills
✔ Sales experience is a plus
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
✔Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred

Responsibilities
- Engage in insurance sales by identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Utilize strong communication skills to build relationships with clients in both English and Spanish.
- Conduct outside sales activities to expand the client base and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Analyze market trends to enhance sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless sales experience.
