What Your Typical Day Might Look Like as an Insurance Sales Rep:
- Kick off the day with an energizing team check-in to align goals and stay motivated

- Deliver exceptional service and make sure every customer feels valued and supported
- Work closely with a driven, goal-oriented team to crush sales milestones together
Requirements
- Education: Possession of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Experience: Previous sales experience is advantageous, but not a prerequisite.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and people skills.
- Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Relationship Management: Capability to establish and sustain client relationships.
- Certification: Openness to acquire the required licenses and certifications to become a Farmers Insurance agent.
- Ethics: Compliance with high ethical and professional norms.
