We are looking for an ambitious, outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team. This position will support the agency by placing and processing new business and assisting clients with service-related insurance matters and renewals. You must be comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone and must be willing to build and develop new customer relationships and maintain existing clients. You will also be responsible for setting appointments, cross-selling insurance, and following up with leads.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy questions

Qualifications
- Licensed or willing to be licensed in Property & Casualty insurance
- Dependable, detail-oriented, & organized
- Good with computers
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written

Additional Information
Base hourly pay, plus new business commission when licensed.
