Position Purpose

As a Follow Up Pet Health Coach at Farmina North America, you will be responsible for driving sales through supporting pet parents to manage the health and well-being of their pet. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about pets and nutrition. You're equally organized, efficient, and a self-starter that is looking to grow with Farmina in North America. This position will report to our Senior Customer Care representative in North America.

Requirements

·       2-3 years' experience in customer service

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Administrative and analytical skills

·       Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

·       Ability to work under pressure while handling high volume workload

·       Able to work independently

·       Bachelor’s degree preferred

Key Responsibilities

·       Support a minimum of 40 pet parents daily by providing solutions while ensuring the pet parent is satisfied.

·       Learn to identify customer needs to recommend the appropriate product and service offerings.

·       Respond to customer queries via phone, email, SMS, etc.

·       Provide clients nutritional and product support including but not limited to sending custom feeding plans (nutritional plan), creating condition sheets, and invite users to download the Farmina Genius App.

·       Assist Senior Customer Care representative with other follow-up related projects.
