We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Insurance Follow-Up Representative to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance follow-up processes, with specific experience working with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).
Insurance Follow-Up Representative Responsibilities :
- Conduct follow-up with insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement
- Identify and resolve insurance claim issues and denials
- Review and appeal denied claims as necessary
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients
- Collaborate with billing and coding teams to resolve claim discrepancies
