Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of weatherization projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Sales Oversight: Collaborate with the sales team to align customer expectations, product offerings, and project timelines effectively.
- Quality Control: Develop and enforce stringent quality control measures to ensure top-tier service and workmanship.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and reduce costs while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, lead, and support technicians, sales representatives, and administrative staff to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and embed safety as a core value across all operations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Serve as a key point of contact for customers, addressing concerns and exceeding expectations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including production timelines, customer satisfaction, and operational costs, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Travel Requirements
This role involves regular travel to job sites across Cincinnati, Ohio and surrounding cities. Overnight stays will be required based on program demands and operational needs.

Qualifications
