Position Overview
As a Cabinetry CAD Designer, you will play an essential role in transforming client concepts into accurate, detailed technical drawings and 3D models. You will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams to ensure each project meets our high standards of quality, functionality, and design excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed CAD drawings and 3D models based on specifications provided by architects, interior designers, and clients.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs align with project requirements, timelines, and industry standards.
- Utilize advanced CAD software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, and SketchUp, to produce precise drafts and plans.
- Revise and update existing designs to reflect changes in client specifications or project scope.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in all technical drawings.
- Maintain organized records of drawings, models, and revisions for future reference and project documentation.
- Participate in design meetings, contributing insights and solutions to address project challenges.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and cabinetry manufacturing processes.
