SUMMARY: Install, support, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure, both on-site and in the cloud. Install, configure, and support necessary business applications across all departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
- Installing and configuring new hardware and software
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
- Ensure company data is secure and backed up
- Manage user accounts and security
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Promote information security best practices

Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to run new software and computer equipment
- Follows policies and procedures; Upholds organizational values; Works with ethics and integrity
- Maintain procedural documents and standard operating guidelines
- Install and Maintain Network wiring infrastructure
- Provide support outside of normal working hours (including call rotation)
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- 1 years previous working experience in computer/network support
- Strong working knowledge of one or more of the following areas:
- Active Directory, Azure AD
- Windows desktop / Windows Server/ Mac OS Operating Systems / Mobile OS Systems
- Network Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, switches, firewalls)
- Telephony/VOIP
- Office 365 Administration
- Printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
- Azure Cloud Infrastructure
- Virtual desktop environments (local, cloud)
- Scripting, CLI, light programming (PowerShell, VBScript, Cisco CLI, etc.)
- High work ethic standards and ability to keep confidentiality
- Ability to learn and work on changing and emerging technologies
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication ability
- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Ability to work independently on some projects, with minimal guidance
- Ability to work under high pressure/high stress situations while keeping operational awareness and composure
