Responsibilities:
- Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians.
- Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including working knowledge of health information management issues such as HIPAA.
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, and responsibly prescribe medications while educating patients on continued treatment and care for acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform procedures such as I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care.
- Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Demonstrate adherence to Fast Pace Health's Core Values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
- Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees, and foster a positive work atmosphere through effective communication and behavior.
