About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinic staff, developing comprehensive patient care plans, and implementing effective clinical protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based patient care plans, ensuring timely completion of patient charts and accurate forwarding of medical records.
- Maintain expertise in clinical protocols, order diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform therapeutic procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve healthcare delivery, develop strategies to address healthcare disparities, and engage with local communities through outreach programs.
- Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends, applying knowledge to enhance patient care and improve organizational performance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
- Possess a Master's Degree in Nursing, be licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, and prioritize teamwork to achieve organizational goals.
