We are seeking a motivated, dynamic and Bi-Lingual Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving customer engagement and fostering relationships that lead to increased sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for the automotive industry, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Engage with potential customers through outbound sales calls, In bound leads, providing information necessary to create appointments.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.
- Assist in sales support activities, including preparing reports and analyzing sales data.
- Use retail math skills to understand pricing, discounts, and promotions effectively.
Requirements
- Bi-Lingual English and Spanish is a must.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with customers.
- Ability to perform upselling techniques effectively during conversations.
- Familiarity with cold calling practices and strategies for lead generation.
- Proficient in basic math skills relevant to retail operations and sales transactions.
- Experience in sales management or support roles is a plus but not mandatory.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
