Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in menu creation, casual dining and fine dining. This role requires a creative individual who can lead a team, help with kitchen operations, and deliver exceptional dining experiences. Applicants will play a crucial role in menu development, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety.
- Help develop and design innovative menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
- Help kitchen staff, by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards, focusing on taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in the food industry with a focus on fine dining or restaurant management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate kitchen staff effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and kitchen management practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 – 45 per week
