Fat Willy's Family Sports Grill is a medium business in Mesa, AZ. We are professional, social and fast-paced. Our goal is to be a place of enjoyment for everyone. We are a fast moving and fast growing company that provides a fast track in opportunity and advancement. We provide a family environment for not only our guests, but our team members as well. We are a casually cool neighborhood restaurant and bar that is a familiar place to get together and watch games. We take pride in being involved in our surrounding school and sport programs. We are looking for a person who has had previous experience in the restaurant industry. More specifically, who has had bar management experience. Our next bar manager we are looking for is someone willing to work as a bartender part time so you can learn firsthand what our guests are looking for and as an assistant manager working the floor and supporting the staff on other shifts. This individual would be compensated at premium hourly wages such as a shift lead role when bartending and a floor manager pay rate of $20 on management shifts. This person would need a fairly open availability as with the restaurant industry we are open both during the day and at night. We do have flexibility in scheduling. Our operating hours are 11 am to 10 pm everyday.

• Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and addressing concerns

• Manager Responsibilities Include:
• - Understanding and executing opening and closing duties of the store

- Handling of all staff check outs
- Inventory and Ordering of liquor and beer products
- Communication with vendors
- Communication with staff regarding drink specials, bar changes, etc.

Skills:
- Strong hospitality and guest relations skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety guidelines
- Proficient in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Experience with cash registers or POS systems is a plus
