Duties
Essential Duties- Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote Corporate and Continuing Education and Curriculum programs, with a focus on increasing enrollment and community awareness.
- Create, edit, and disseminate digital media content, including video and audio to enhance the online community footprint.
- Manage content for admissions and recruitment websites and other digital platforms.
- Plan, curate, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms to showcase FTCC’s programs and events, fostering interaction with the target audience.
- Collaborate with admissions, academic, and design teams to develop promotional materials, including brochures, posters, and digital content.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
- Maintain brand consistency ensuring all marketing materials align with FTCC’s visual identity, mission, and values.
- Stay current on industry trends by monitoring emerging marketing trends and best practices in higher education to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with campus partners to coordinate and manage event logistics, such as registrations, venue arrangements, and participant communications.
- Monitor marketing budgets as assigned; recommend improvements in workflows, procedures, and use of equipment and forms.
- Maintain calendars of activities, meetings, and various events, coordinate activities with the Senior Director, recruiters, and community partners.
- Other duties as assigned.
An Associate’s degree from an accredited college in Office Administration, Digital Media, Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with digital communication tools, including social media platforms and email marketing software.

Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce).
Photography and videography skills for creating engaging visual content.
Preferred Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Visual Communication Design, Social Media Marketing and Design, Integrated Marketing Communications, Graphic Arts Design, Business, or a related field is preferred.
