We are seeking an Administrative Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Creating Invoices using Quickbooks
- Give accurate Price Quotes to customers
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Greet and assist onsite Customers
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have strong practical judgement
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable and Punctual
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
