FBI-LEEDA Inc. is in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for our Accounting Coordinator position. This position is part of a highly functioning team responsible for all aspects of accounting and customer service. The team supports students, instructors, and assists in providing financial reporting to the COO, Executive Director, Executive Board and Auditor. The Accounting Coordinator is assigned to the Finance Manager for functional supervision.

Our membership and learning partners are chief executives or command-level officers, directors and commissioners of public safety agencies, and criminal justice professional staff. Position:
This is a full-time and office-based position in Malvern, Pennsylvania. This position offers a competitive salary and a full benefits package. Key Responsibilities:
· Reconcile class rosters.
· Invoice classes.
· Diligent follow up on past due invoices (accounts receivable)
· Report monthly on outstanding invoices for accrual work.
· Process checks and prepare bank deposits.
· Assist with phones, daily emails, and customer relations.
· Assist with registration transfers, cancellations, and refunds.
· Data entry of accounts payable.
· Apply credits, transfers and refunds downloaded from financial batch to invoices in QuickBooks.
· Process vendor applications
· Review and process Expense Reports from Instructors
· Process Purchase Orders
· Track all cancelled and rescheduled classes – ensure that all invoices and registrations have been closed.
· Input classes created in AMS to QuickBooks.
· Ensure all changes to accounts are accurate.
· Assist Financial Manager with preparing financial reports.
· Other duties as assigned by the management team that are consistent with your job role and function.

· Intermediate understanding of information and database management systems

· Bachelor’s degree
