Facility Contract Services is a Florida based contract services company, responsible for the employment and management of personnel for municipal clients. Facility Contract Services is currently seeking dynamic and goal-driven employees for the City of Pembroke Pines Charter Schools (FSU Campus). CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CLASS :
Under the general supervision of the Human Resources Manager, the incumbent performs duties that assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This may include, but is not limited to full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, maintenance of employee data, FMLA, salary and benefits surveys, and special projects.
- Assist in executing full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and serving as the point of contact with candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Serve as the point of contact for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding process, while ensuring that all new hires are set up for success by entering the information into the HRIS / Payroll system.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the employer brand, highlighting the organization's values, culture, and benefits.
- Assist in updating / maintaining all job opportunities across various platforms.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to recruitment, benefits, policies, and HR processes.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager, as assigned.
- Provide customer service excellence to all stakeholders
- Assist in conducting compensation and benefits surveys to ensure that the organization remains competitive with their workforce.
- Assist with the implementation and communication of salary structures, compensation adjustments, and incentive programs.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the HR / Payroll system to streamline processes (employee records, payroll, recruitment, etc.).
- Provide ongoing training and assistance with HR processes in an impactful and effective manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with IT and HR leadership to optimize the organization's HR / Payroll system.
- Support the HR team in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Support FMLA processing, timekeeping, and documentation.
- Assist in various HR special projects, as assigned.
- Remain current on HR best practices, trends, and compliance regulations to ensure the company remains in line with industry standards.
- Maintain a collaborative and proactive attitude while completing projects and day-to-day tasks
