Your Role :

We are looking for a skilled Mill CNC Programmer to program, set up, and operate 3-axis and 3 1-axis CNC mills. This role requires precision programming and setup expertise to produce small and large batch components to exacting standards.

What You'll Do :

  • Program using Mastercam to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Set up and operate Feeler and Okuma mills (3-axis and 3 1-axis).
  • Ensure quality control throughout the machining process.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve workflows and processes.

    • What You Bring :

  • Experience : Proficiency in programming and setting up 3-axis and 3 1-axis CNC mills.
  • Skills : Advanced knowledge of Mastercam and CNC operations.
  • Attitude : Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to excel in a team environment.

    • What We Offer :

  • Pay : $40-50 / hour, with flexibility for the right candidate.
  • Schedule : Flexible day shift (start between 5 : 00 AM and 6 : 00 PM).
  • Benefits :
  • PTO : Starts at 5 days / year, increases to 10 days after the first year, and grows to 15 days.
  • Health Insurance : 70 / 30 employer / employee split.
